- I have imported my students into Options and they all had a reg group attached. These have now disappeared.
- I have new reg groups (am and pm – non teaching period) in sims .net and have transferred the timetable from T6 to sims .net but now they are trying to get it from sims .net to t4 and it is not working. it says there are 10 periods instead of 8 so it suggests that t4 is not aware that there are two extra non teaching periods. “the retrieved timetable cycle does not match”
- I need to change period times in Sims. net but although I have changed them in T6 th changes don’t apper in Sims.net
- When I try to send the Timetable from Nova T6 to Sims.net I get a critical error -”Cycles do not match”.
- When I try to send the Timetable from T6 to Sims.net I get the error message: “Cannot insert value null into column non-class code description”
- When I try to preview Timetables in Sims.net they are all squashed up to one side.
- I have added spare bands and Support blocks to next year’s timetable. When I try to send this to sims.net I get a duplicate names error.
- When I run the exam group analysis not all my students are showing.
- Summer Exams 2010 – Schools using NICCEA or WJEC Exam Boards, refreshing basedata an error message is shown: ‘Element could not be imported. Results are associated with the aspect.’
- I cannot see to choose the Academic year 2009/10 when trying to run the Candidate statement of results via reports\Results\candidate Statement of Results.
- I get an OLDB Error message when downloading and importing results
- Not all my students show up in Options when I import from Sims.net.
