A file might be locked open. Shutdown/Reboot the computer to release the locked files.
The appropriate ledger code/cost centre links need to exist in FMS.
In FMS go to Tools>General Ledger Setup>C/Centre Ledger Links……

The file name probably contains illegal characters. The file name should only be alpha numeric…………

Problems with Printer Drivers/Print Spooler restarting – use Cleanspl.exe to reset the print spooler and delete drivers.
