Claims generates claims for the wrong pay period.
When you log into the claims module you need to change the year option from the drop down menu before logging in.

The Claims module needs enough information from Sims .net to identify the person to Payroll………………
Did you add them on a Leadership Scale? If so…
To change any of the automatic details on the claims letters go to ……
Just do it in exactly the same way you would normally…………..
It is only available to users with system manager rights…………
