Problem: When trying to attach a file within Easymail a message pops up saying ” Is not accessible”, but you can access the drives within Windows Explorer.
Resolution: This happens when Internet Explorer is in protected mode. When protected mode has been removed you must restart the Internet Browser to resolve the issue
To turn off protected mode:
– Click on the settings icon at the top right of Internet Explorer
– Click on Internet Options.
– Go to the tab named “Security” and take the tick out of “Enable Protected Mode”.
– You will get prompted with a warning, click OK and then restart Internet Explorer.
