No Printers Defined error

When trying to print from SIMS, the error No Printers Defined appears with the explanation: You do not have any Printers Defined. Please add at least one (1) Printer via the control panel. Press OK to exit this utility.

This is most likely due to a problem with the Driverless Printing Client. To resolve this, ensure that you have downloaded the correct client by following these steps:

  1. Check whether your PC is a 32 bit or 64 bit machine by right clicking on This PC and selecting Properties
  2. Uninstall Screwdrivers via Add or remove programs
  3. Reinstall the correct version of Screwdrivers via faq.scomis.org > Hosted Application Connector > Driverless Printing Client (You will have a 32 or 64 bit option which must match your PC)
  4. Once downloaded, follow the guidance on the following FAQ to ensure you have the correct settings for Screwdrivers: https://faq.scomis.org/kb18499/
