Terminal Server crashes just after logging on

Terminal Server (Remote Desktop) crashes and closes the Terminal Server connection.

Details of the fault may include “faulting module sdrdp5.dll”

ScoMIS have identified that the problem is caused by our Driverless Printing (ScrewDrivers) and happens when the printers are created for your session.

After an investigation involving updating the Remote Desktop Client and ScrewDrivers client, we have found that the following printers may require a “Printer Driver” update on the local computer.

Canon iR C1028/1030 PCL5c – upgrade to version 20.50

Should you not have the above printer it is likely a printer you are using has an incompatible driver. You will need to remove the printer, uninstall the driver and remove the related entries within the Screw Drivers client before updating the new driver and reinstalling the printer.
