Encryption – problem downloading the setup package

Summary:

Following the downloading guide does not work, you may have problems with the web page freezing or simply appearing to do nothing.

Troubleshooting Steps:

• Empty your tempory internet files
• Try holding down “Ctrl” whilst clicking the download link – keep the “Ctrl” key held down until the installation routine appears

Workaround if the above fails:

• Download the setup package directly from this link: http://www.scomis.org/go/encryptionexe
  • Full Link: http://solus2.scomis.org/ScoMISEncryptionService/ScoMISEncryptionServiceSetup.exe
  • Zipped Ex: http://solus2.scomis.org/ScoMISEncryptionService/ScoMISEncryptionServiceSetup.zip
• In this situation you will need to manually copy it to your network so that it is available for your users to complete installations
