Staff member not showing in Claims Preparation
If you cannot see a member of staff when adding a day book entry in Claims Preparation you will need to do the following:
CLM.exe – Configuring the claims the Period
Claims generates claims for the wrong pay period.
Setting up user for Petty Cash authorisation
