Errors and Queries
This uses v1.0 from DfE. The DfE released a new set of validations this week (v1.1) which has the following corrections which we have not yet implemented. Until we do that, the following validations will not trigger correctly in the MIS, but will do so at COLLECT.

1859 and 3032 updated to include DOB range test.
2775Q and 3030Q corrected.
1925Q Leaving date range corrected

Summary Report

We have noted an issue in the report where a school had post-16 provision in 2024/25 and no longer offers this, and HighestNCyear has reverted to 11. Table 28 of the summary does not populate with data from the XML, although the file does contain the expected historic data. DfE have not advised whether they intend to resolve this issue with the summary file.

Brocmom: 16/09/2025 Please note that the Autumn 2025 Census file has not yet been applied. As a result, incorrect validation errors may be produced when generating the census file. Advice is to not run the census yet until these have been applied (next update 22.09.2025 awaiting confirmation of the application of these files)
