Go to your start menu – printers and faxes. On the printers screen, right mouse button on the printer you wish to choose and from the list choose Set as default printer.

First make sure the printer is plugged in and turned on.
Go to Printers and Faxes and right click on the printer in question and choose ….
To add a network printer go to the start menu and click on printers and faxes.
On the printers and faxes screen right click on an empty part of the window and choose Add Printer and then click next.
Click on Network printer or a printer attached to……
This could be because your printer has been disconnected somehow.
Check the network cables from the printer.
Check to see if other workstations are having the same……..
If this is happening your printer may be dirty.
Check if your printer is able to run a print clean page which can be found by going into printers and faxes…..
