I am unable to print to the network printer from my workstation even though it is in printers and faxes and showing as ready.

This could be because your printer has been disconnected somehow.

  • Check the network / USB cable from the printer is connected at both ends and in good condition.
  • Check to see if other workstations are having the same problem using the printer.
  • Is the printer plugged directly into a workstation? If yes then can you print a test page from the workstation?
  • If after making these basic checks you need further assistance then please contact us and we will help further. If you are able to print off a network configuration report from the printers front panel the information on this will be useful in order to assist diagnosing the issue.
