4 Matrix Upgrade Change Schedule And Upgrade Emails

When an upgrade email is received from 4 Matrix and logged (as a Service Request) by the Service Desk the S&N team will log a Change Request.

The Change Request will appear in Support Works Change Schedule detailing when the upgrade will take place.

When a school calls asking for the latest 4 Matrix upgrade the SD can check the schedule and look for an existing call and let the school know when the upgrade is to take place.

The case can then be marked as resolved.
