If you are getting an error when trying to import a custom setting in the Configuration Settings:
“Critical Error, Error uploading custom setting:Object variable or with block variable not set”
Check that you are NOT using the ‘HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG’ as this will not be accepted.
Instead try changing it to ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE’.
