Administration – New Safeguarding Chronology Report Students > Student Details > Safeguarding > Incidents Safeguarding Leads and Administrators can now download a chronological PDF report of all safeguarding incidents directly to their device’s download location.
MCAS – Parent App: Wraparound Care colour key MyChildAtSchool Parent App > My Child > Wraparound Care
In the View Detail screen, a key has been added to explain the calendar colour coding for parents:
  • Grey – Unavailable
  • Green – Selected/Booked
  • Red – Full (You cannot book this slot. This may be because wraparound care is fully booked or the booking deadline has passed.)
  • Light Blue – Available
Options – Timetable Patterns: Updated ‘Assign Subject’ Display Modules > Options > Timetable Patterns

In View Patterns > View Details, when assigning a subject to a student (e.g., in Pupil Review, Pupil Unassigned, etc.), users will now see subjects listed with their corresponding classes, instead of the previous display of subjects and blocks.

If a subject is linked to multiple classes, each class will appear individually and in sequence. This update makes it easier for users to distinguish between classes when a subject is associated with more than one.
Options – Timetable Patterns: Reallocate Student Choices Modules > Options > Timetable Patterns
Users can now reallocate students within a timetable pattern using a new Auto-Allocate feature. This allows for greater flexibility and optimisation of student placement, whether to reassign all students or only those currently unallocated—based on their preferences and system allocation rules.

This update allows users to modify a pattern’s allocations, and compare the results with the original or other patterns.

wTimetable – Ability to Link Multiple Periods Within a Block Modules > wTimetable > Curriculum Plan
A new feature now allows users to link multiple periods within a block, enabling selected sessions to be scheduled together—even across breaks and lunches.
wTimetable -Scheduling: Auto-Schedule Enhancements: Preserve Manual Sessions & Block Selection Modules > wTimetable > Scheduling > Auto Schedule We have introduced new options in the Auto-Schedule > Select Entities step to give you more control and ensure existing scheduled sessions are protected.
wTimetable – Scheduling: Add Room to NCC Modules > wTimetable > Scheduling

Users can now add rooms to Non-Contact Code sessions in the Staff View.

wTimetable – Enhancements to Non-Contact Code Groups Modules > wTimetable > Scheduling
This release introduces several enhancements to Non-Contact Codes:

When creating a new Non-Contact Code (NCC) Group, users can now:

  • Assign a Room
  • Apply a Group Alias
  • Check staff availability
  • Create a draft NCC Group
Options – Timetable Patterns: Enhanced Student and Subject Removal in Block Review Modules > Options > Timetable Patterns In View Patterns > View Details, the Block Review tab has been enhanced to streamline the process of removing students and subjects from blocks. These improvements apply to both individual blocks and all blocks simultaneously.
Administration – Enhancement to Working Patterns Staff > Staff Details > Working Patterns
We’ve introduced a small but important visual update to improve clarity when adding a new working pattern:
  • When clicking the New button to add a working pattern, the “+” icon previously used will now appear as a tick (✓) icon once a new entry is being created.
  • This is a visual change only — the core functionality of the button remains exactly the same.
Administration – Enhanced Special Educational Needs page Students > Student Details > Special Educational Needs
The Special Educational Needs page has been updated to include:
  • An enhanced SEN Details section.
  • A new, dedicated SEN Reviews panel.
wTimetable – Conflicts: Automatic Locking of Accepted Conflicts Modules > wTimetable > Scheduling T

o provide greater control and visibility over scheduling decisions, we have introduced automatic locking and unlocking of sessions when managing conflicts:

  • Accepting Conflicts: When a user accepts an Active Conflict, it will now be automatically locked to prevent accidental changes. A lock icon will be displayed on the Scheduling page to indicate this status.
  • Restoring Conflicts: If an Accepted Conflict is restored, the associated session will be automatically unlocked, making it available reallocation.
  • Auto-Scheduling: Locked sessions will be preserved during the Auto Schedule process. This ensures that accepted conflict decisions remain intact and are not overwritten by automated scheduling.
