For Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) schools in England, the following enhancements have been made to the Pupil Unit Contact Time panel:

Key Updates

  • Use the new checkboxes to bulk update Unit Contact Time. Select individual students one by one, or Select All, then enter a value in the Set Unit Contact Time field and click Apply. Bulk updates no longer rely on a pupil’s age.
  • Filter by any column and utilise the checkboxes to apply bulk updates.
  • The checkboxes can also be used to clear values for selected students by clicking Clear All.
  • Individual contact time can be edited by clicking the pencil icon in the Action column and entering a value directly in the Unit Contact Time cell. Save the change by pressing Enter or clicking outside the row.
  • A new search field is available and searches across all columns in the table.
