How do I print claim letters after I have created the claim?

To  print a claims letter after creating the claim you will need to go back into claims transfer.

Once you are in claims transfer you will need to click on the Re-Process Extract button. This will open up a seperate window in which you can choose the claim that you wish to Re-Process.

The claims will be in reverse order so the claim at the top of the list may not be the one that you wish to print.

Once you have opened the claim the Print button will become live allowing you to print. This will then open another window which will have the following three options: Printing Satisfactory – Continue; Printing Unsatisfactory – Retry or Printing Unsatisfactory  – Cancel.

Providing that everything printed successfully you will need to click on the Printing Satisfactory – Continue button.

Once selecting this option you will see that the Create file button has become live. If you have already created the file for upload you do not need to click on it again, instead you will need to click on Abandon.
