Cannot access Springboardos Admin Panel in SWGFL

If you are a school within the SWGFL using the Springboardos site and get a “page cannot be displayed” error this is because the admin panel needs to bypass the SWGFL.

To do this you need to:

  • Open Internet Options from the control panel
  • Click on Connections tab and click LAN settings
  • The proxy should be proxy.schoolname or proxy.swgfl.org.uk, click Advanced.
  • Enter the following into the Exceptions ( if there are exceptions already there enter a semicolon first)
  • Click OK and OK again.
  • You should now be able to access the admin panel

Please call the Service Desk should you have any problems with this FAQ.
