We have a Multi function printer (Print/Scan/Fax/Email) but when I print it is asking me for a username/pass code

This is generally because there has been authentication setup on the multi printer / photocopier. You will need to:

  1. Check if there are any details in the safe detailing how to set this up/in what format
  2. Contact the company who supplied/installed the machine
