Outlook sometimes freezes or crashes while I’m using it.

A possible easy fix is to repair Microsoft Office.

Go to your start menu – control panel – Programs and Features.
From the list of installed applications right click on your installed version of Microsoft Office application, choose change and then choose to repair office.
