Check all staff have a work email address in SIMS

Below is a report you can import into SIMS to check all staff have a work email.

To download and import the Staff work email Staff Work email

1. Save the file Staff Work email into a folder on your computer.
2. Unzip it and save the file
3. In Sims go to Report / Import
4. Click on the browser and navigate to the folder you have saved the staff work email.rptdef file into.
5. Select the file to import it.
6. You should see it in the Import Reports window.
7. Click on Import.
8. Once the file has been imported close Import Reports window.
9. You will be able to run the report from Reports>Run Reports and the Focus / Staff folder.
