Remove Q From Equivalent Column In Exams Reports

Occasionally when a Results File is downloaded a result may come down as a Query

When the Grade is eventually awarded it will need to be added manually to the Candidate via a Marksheet in Exams Organiser.

Sometimes after the result has been manually entered and when running a Candidate Statement of Results report, you will see that a Q still appears in the ‘Equiv’ column of the report

In order to remove the Q you will need to create an Equivalent Marksheet and delete the Q which will show against the student.

When you run the Candidate Statement of Results report again the ‘Equiv’ column will be empty for this award.
