Dinner Money 7 – Unable to enter refund as negative current balance

Message ” you can only make a refund if the balance is above 0.00″ when trying to make a refund via Focus>Dinner Money>Pupil additional Transactions.

A refund can only be processed when a balance is above 0.00, the opening balance for the pupil will need to be temporarily edited via Focus>Dinner Money>Pupil Opening Balances and amend to a positive figure, the refund can then be processed via Focus>Dinner Money >Pupil additional Transactions.

After processing the refund edit the opening balance back to what it was.
