When you changed the times in Nova T6 – on the cycle screen – you need to make sure you have put a colon between the hours and minutes. This will then save correctly and enable export of the cyle times to Sims.net. Reviewed on 16/02/2020

When I try to send the Timetable from T6 to Sims.net I get the error message: “Cannot insert value null into column non-class code description”

When I run the exam group analysis not all my students are showing.
You need to check that all exam awards have courses attached to them. Then ensure that update course memberships has been run. This should resolve the issue. Reviewed 24/5/2019
Unable to choose the current Academic year when trying to run Exam Reports
This is a result of setting the Exam Result Embargo. Taking this off will resolve the issue, alternatively once the end date of the embargo has passed the Academic year will reappear. To remove the embargo, from within the Exams Organiser go to Tools/Schools Setup/Results Embargo highlight the current embargo and Delete. Reviewed 24/5/2019
I get an OLE DB Error message when downloading and importing results
This is likely to occur when the results file is too large for the software to handle. Please contact ScoMIS in the the first instance. The file has to be split up into more manageable ‘chunks’ and be reimported into Exams Organiser.
