Autumn 2024 – Fileset 2800 series – School Census

Hosted Schools 

Fileset 2803 – is now available and was applied to Hosted Schools on 25th September 2024

NOTE:  Fileset 2802 can be used for checking your Autumn Census but you will need Fileset 2803 before you can authorise your Autumn Census

This fileset is now available – please see instructions below on how to import the fileset.

When new filesets are available they will be shown above and you will be able to click on the link that will be provided and save the file to your SIMS\ManifestFiles folder (The location of this folder will depend on your network setup)

1. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the location where you saved the ZIP file
2. Right Click on the ZIP file and choose Extract All
3. Click Next on the first page of the Wizard
4. Change the path to your SIMS\ManifestFiles folder
5. Click Next
6. Remove the tick from Show Extracted Files
7. Click Finish
8. Open SIMS .net
9. Go to Tools > Setups > Import File Sets
10. Browse to your SIMS\ManifestFiles folder
11. Choose the file you have extracted.
12. Click Import
13. The panel will show you what you are importing and whether or not the import has been successful.
