Exporting Service Terms

A school may need to update their Service Terms however this may involve a lot of work, if the school is in an academy/federation it may be a case that a school within this academy/federation can share the updated service terms to save time. 

For the school to be able to export Service Terms they will need to request patch 9274 from Scomis. Once applied an export function will appear under Tools | Staff | Pay Related | Export. You can then select which Service Term you wish to export.

Once the school has received the Service Term file, they can import this into their SIMS via Tools | Staff | Pay Related | Import.
