How can I assign my new intake to new registration groups if the groups are not available in Focus/Admission/Application?

In order to assign Applicants to next years Registration Groups

• Navigate to Focus | School | Pastoral Structure | Next Academic Year Structure
• Click  Go
• On the heading ‘Pastoral Structure’ right click and select ‘Members’
• Tick the appropriate Year Group and click ok.
• Expand the relevant Year group and Right Click on the words ‘Registration Groups’
• The new Pupils/Students will then appear for you to assign to the required Registration Group.
