One of our registration tutors cannot see the marksheet for their tutor group; why is this?

This is usually because the registration tutor is not allocated to the registration group in the pastoral structure.

1. Go to: Focus/School/Pastoral Structure/Current Structure
2. Click go
3. Expand the Pastoral Structure and then expand the year and registration group
4. Right click on the required registration group and select properties
5. Browse for the tutor using the magnifying glass
6. Once you have selected the tutor click ok coming out of the boxes and then click Save
7. Once SIMS has been restarted the user should then see the marksheet
