Question:
Workstations with access to sensitive or restricted material are password protected, and ‘locked’ when left unattended.
Response:
This should be done on all workstations, either via a group wide policy on a network, or by setting the screen timeout settings on a standalone device to require a password.
Users on the Hosted SIMS Terminal Server have settings enabled to lock their session after 10 minutes inactivity.
