I am receiving a lot of SPAM emails – What should I do?

Over recent years the sending of SPAM email has increased and it is now common place for some emails to get through traditional SPAM filters.

The best way that you can help deal with these emails is to forward them to your Internet Service Provider, it is likely that the company that you use will have a designated email address to forward SPAM too. By doing this, your ISP can filter them in real time and prevent that email address from getting through their filters. The more schools that do this, the more emails can be blocked.

For school’s using the South West Grid, their email address to forward SPAM to is –  spam@rm.com.
