When importing the Results file into Exams Organiser I get the error ‘Server Does not Exist’.
- Click Ok the Error, in some instances it will let you continue with importing results file.
- Try re-importing the file 2 to 3 times as the file could be large and it will start the import from where the last imported finished.
- If the file still will not import try Re- Import the file on a PC that has a higher spec.
- If all the above fail, contact the Scomis Service Desk who will take a copy of the file and split the file for you.
