2 members of staff are leaving at the end of term and we have no replacements yet. Can I still carry on with the End of Year Procedures?
Yes you can, just remove the Registration Tutor in the pastoral structure using the steps below.
- Go to Focus | School | Pastoral Structure | Next Academic Year Structure.
- Click on the + to the left of Pastoral Structure and then the + to the left of the Year Group.
- Click on the + to the left of Registration Group and then right click on the relevant class.
- Select properties – a new window will open.
- Click on the X to the right of the tutor’s name, this will remove the current tutor.
- Click on OK.
When the new staff member is known they can be added by following the steps above but instead of clicking on the X to the right of the Registration Tutor field
- Click on the browse for staff button.
- Search for the staff member, highlight and then click on OK.
- The name will now appear in the box, click on Ok to close the window and then click on Save.
