How do I add new houses?

• Navigate to Focus/school/pastoral structure/current or next years academic structure

(depending on when you want to make the changes from)

• Click on go
• Click on + next to house
• Right click on house
• Select new house
• Enter the relevant data and click OK
• SAVE

To remove houses you need to make sure all members have been removed.

• Right click on house and move members as appropriate
