When logging into the Teacher App for the first time it will ask you to enter your activation code and Date of Birth.
If when entering this information it comes with a message to say “the given combination is invalid” you will need to check to make sure that your DOB has not been changed within SIMS since your Teacher App account was created.
If the DOB has been changed within SIMS please log a case with us by calling 01392 385300 or emailing email@example.com
We will then submit a request to have the data refreshed within the Teacher App console so that it recognises the new DOB.
This error occurs as the Teacher App console takes a snapshot of the SIMS data when the user account is created so it will not recognise and changes that are made within SIMS.
