How to Import Admissions Transfer Files (ATFs) into SIMS

Firstly the ATF needs to downloaded from the local authority via Anycomms or Devon Transfer onto your System.

Should we download the ATF file if we have a nursery unit attached to our school?

No, if you have a nursery unit attached to your school we recommend that you do not import the ATF (Admissions Transfer File) as this can duplicate pupils within SIMS.
