School is running a class list in reports but one pupil is missing – the output is mail merge to labels.
If this pupil should be the first on the second (or subsequent) pages then check the word template.
Remove <<Next Record>> from the last label on the page – save
The same issue may arise with any label output reports

Is the ‘Print Report with Colour’ option ticked? Was the colour added retrospectively to the marksheet? Is the column marked read only or its associated result set locked?
