Configuring the Sims .net Homepage for Messages

This can be done in two ways:-

The User may configure their own home page by using the spanner icon in the top right hand corner of the Home Page itself – via this option it is possible to add the panel ‘Messages’

There is a also multi user option which the individual user cannot overwrite, this is set up via Routines>Home Page>Home Page Group Configuration and includes the option for ‘My Messages’

It should be noted that the My Messages option does not give the full functionality of the Messages panel and there are several change requests currently with Capita regarding this issue
