We had a power cut now I can’t see the entries I made in Claim Preparation

This is due to the system crashing and it needs rebuilding but is only relevant to schools where the data is held locally.

  1. Make sure no one is logged into Claim Preparation
  2. Navigate to your network drive, then dtsapps directory then clmsys directory
  3. Delete all the *.nsx files (if you are at all unsure about this contact your IT technician or ScoMIS) do not delete any *.dbf files
  4. Log back into Claim Preparation, the entries should appear

NB: If the files won’t delete then reboot the server and try again
