This is due to the system crashing and it needs rebuilding but is only relevant to schools where the data is held locally.
- Make sure no one is logged into Claim Preparation
- Navigate to your network drive, then dtsapps directory then clmsys directory
- Delete all the *.nsx files (if you are at all unsure about this contact your IT technician or ScoMIS) do not delete any *.dbf files
- Log back into Claim Preparation, the entries should appear
NB: If the files won’t delete then reboot the server and try again
