My upload file isn’t in AnyComms

This is usually due to the previous steps not being completed.

  1. Close down AnyComms  and all data transfer software windows (if Hosted Applications make sure there are no windows ‘hiding’ behind Sims .net)
  2. Go back to DCC Applications>Authorise Payments (or Claim Transfer if it was a Payroll file)
  3. Click on Collect Invoices/Claims, it may say that there is a data file present, if so click on OK then Close, this should complete the process and show the ‘do you want to open AnyComms’ option.
