This is usually due to the previous steps not being completed.
- Close down AnyComms and all data transfer software windows (if Hosted Applications make sure there are no windows ‘hiding’ behind Sims .net)
- Go back to DCC Applications>Authorise Payments (or Claim Transfer if it was a Payroll file)
- Click on Collect Invoices/Claims, it may say that there is a data file present, if so click on OK then Close, this should complete the process and show the ‘do you want to open AnyComms’ option.
