I have opened the new year and none of my staff are showing in personnel projections.

Either you have not copied the mappings from the previous year or you have not defined salary periods.

1. To define salary periods Tools>Define Financial Year>Define Salary periods use + on right , then choose the new year and save.

2. If you did not choose to copy the mapping when you added the new year you need to re do the Service Term mappings manually.

3. Go to Personnel Links>Salary Projections>Service Term Mappings and map each of your service terms to a cost centre
