Empl hours = the total hours the staff member is contracted for
Load hours = the actual teaching hours they teach (this does not include PPA etc)
Eg, if you have a 25 period timetable and the staff member is full time, employed is 25. If they are 0.6 then its 15 (25 x 0.6) etc.
