Margins when Printing from FMS and SIMS in Hosted Applications is incorrect

When printing from FMS or SIMS print jobs may come out with the writing, tables and/or Headers/Footers off the edge of the page.

To resolve this you will need to check the Printing Preferences on the printer you are using:

  1. Outside of Hosted Applications you need to click on your (Windows 7) Start Menu – Devices and Printers
    (Windows 8.1) Right click Start Menu – Control Panel – Devices and Printers.
  2. Right click on you printer you are using and select Printing Preferences.
  3. Look for the Paper Size / Page Type (there maybe other options to show what paper you are using) and make sure you have it set to A4. If the paper size is set to Letter this will be the cause of the print issue.
