How to process Data Collection changes submitted from Parent App Lite

Once parents have updated the Data Collection information and submitted it the administrator may access it from their Sims .net Home Page.

In order to do this the SLG Alerts panel must be configured onto the Home Page

Click on the Alert Type – Data Collection Sheets (it will show how many are available to review)

This will list the details and may be filtered in the same way as any other Sims .net screen

Each panel has an action dropdown selector in the bottom right hand corner – it would be usual to choose Save in SIMS AND Mark as Actioned

Clicking on Save then actions it in Sims .net  (NB if it is an address change then the normal address list window will appear)

The confirmation will show as a green tick Saved in SIMS and actioned

If the item is no longer required to be seen in the Submitted filter choose the Mark as Closed option
