When I forward messages in Easymail, some of the email/attachments don’t get forwarded
Log into EasyMail
Select Options
Select Mail
Untick Send Messages as HTML then click Save Changes

Open up outlook and go to tools – options – emails options…..
I have been sent an email containing a docx file but it will not open in Word.
