The room information is held in Sims .net so you need to edit it there.
1. Go to Sims .net>Focus>School>Rooms
2. Click on Search to find and open the required room
3. Name of room and main user details may be edited here – remember to save
4. Open FMS then Equipment Register – it should update the room information.
