1.go to Tools>General Ledger Setup>Cental Ledger Links
2.Page down to the ledger code and cost centre required
3.Click on the Link – Unlink button a tick will appear in the right hand box

If you backdate a contract it will affect FMS. If you have reconciled against the old contract the advice is to not backdate unless you are happy to change FMS as well.
