This FAQ is for when a student has taken an exam early, for example in year 9. Provided that the July season dates overlap with the Summer that is being calculated, then the student who have taken Exams early WILL be included.
If Summer runs 01/05/19 – 30/06/19 and July runs 01/07/19 – 31/07/19, then they will NOT be included.
