Trial Balance Comparison – Amount not showing.

The amount showing in FMS, Summary trial balance by ledger code is correct but in Scomis Application Trial Balance Comparison the amount is not showing.

Go to Tools>General Ledger Setup Tab 5 – Ledger codes and select the ledger that is not showing the correct amount. The information entered has a character, generally a comma entered in the description.

Edit using the pencil icon and remove the characters,  save and create a new summary report in FMS, the amount should then appear correct in the trial balance comparison.
