If you have admitted a pupil from your admission group who is no longer coming to your school you will need to delete their student record.
You should only do the following if the pupil NEVER came to your school. If they attended for 1 day or even for just 1 morning you should mark them as a leaver instead.
Go to the student record and make a note of the admission number (you should then put this number somewhere safe for audit purposes)
Then go to Routines>Pupil/Student> Delete pupil and search for the student and click the Red Cross Delete button.
Then go to Focus>Admission>Application and find the pupil and mark them as Withdrawn.
