I have downloaded reconciliation files but they are not available to import in FMS
Should you have gone to AnyComms via the client or can see the files in either:
DTSApps\Simsf or AnyComms\InBox
then you need to go to:
DCCApplications>Reformat for FMS
Click on the cross to close the programme which activates the reformat process
If this is not the case then please call the Service Desk Helpline.
