Exceptions report states there are missing marks from before the school became an academy but school is unable to find any missing marks. Go to Tools>Setups>CTF Change the export attendance dropdown option from Attendance Module to Attendance Summary The module option is used by some third party software     kb19436

Individual Reports not showing assessment marksheet colours

Is the ‘Print Report with Colour’ option ticked? Was the colour added retrospectively to the marksheet? Is the column marked read only or its associated result set locked? If so the marksheet will show the colour but it is not saved for reports. KB19315

Unable to run VAT report early

It is possible to edit the end date of the VAT period but not to produce the submittal until the date has gone. Therefore, in order to do the submittal today set the end date to yesterday.  This can be done via Tools>Define VAT Periods KB18973

Unable to set Line Management in Staff Performance

Ensure that a Headteacher is defined in Focus>School>School Details. The Headteacher is the top level in Line Management and completed by default by the software using the school details so if there is no Headteacher defined the rest is not available.   KB18971

Journal post box is greyed out
