How to change a room name within Examinations Organiser

To change a room name within Examinations Organiser you actually need to make the change within SIMS first. To make the changes you will need to follow this path within SIMS: Focus | School | Rooms.

Once you are in the rooms section you will be able to edit previously created rooms by browsing for them in the list and double clicking them. Once the room is opened you will be able to edit the name and any other details by typing in the available text boxes. Don’t forget to click save when you have made your changes.

For Examinations Organiser to apply the changes you will need to exit out of the exams module and then log back in.
